bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our courses, joining our Signal group, or using our services, you agree to these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. 1-on-1 Mentorship
• Availability: 1-on-1 mentorship sessions are subject to the availability of Leo, our mentor.
We recommend booking sessions in advance to secure your spot.
• Session Duration: Each mentorship session will last for 40 minutes. Please ensure you are
prepared to maximise this time.
3. Operating Hours
WinnersClub operates from Monday to Friday between 10 AM to 8 PM (GMT+8). Any requests for
mentorship or support outside these hours will be addressed during our operating hours.
4. Non-Return Policy
All course materials, Signal group information, and memberships are non-returnable and nonrefundable.
Please refer to our Non-Return Policy for more details.
5. Confidentiality
All course materials and discussions within the Signal group are confidential and proprietary. You
agree not to share, distribute, or circulate any of this information on social media or other public
forums. WinnersClub reserves the right to request the removal of any unauthorised sharing and may
pursue legal action if necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
WinnersClub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from
your use of our services or reliance on the materials provided.
7. Modifications to Terms
WinnersClub reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be
effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review these terms
periodically to stay informed.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
